Production time
All orders are produced within 4 working days.
If I experience a high order volume, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order I will contact you by email.

Shipping Prices & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Due to high demand and current circumstances, the delivery time may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Confirmation and Track Order
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
I am not responsible for duties and taxes applied to your order.
All fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes etc.).

Complaints & Right of withdrawal
If an incorrect or defective product has been delivered, or if the shipment has been lost in transit, you must complain in writing to support@nathalieannagill.com within 30 calendar days, which then handles the complaint.

If you notice that the packaging is damaged when you receive the product, ask the shipping company that delivered the product to you to make a note of this.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the error or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints must state the type of error. Keep original carton and packaging, as compensation for shipping damage will not be given if these are missing.

Purchases made via Nathalie Anna Gill are not subject to the right of withdrawal as all motifs are produced on-demand.
